Hi Katy, thanks for bringing this to our attention. AI Standards Hub resources on Moodle cannot currently be accessed through a Turing email account, as Turing accounts have been automatically pre-registered on a different Moodle tenancy. We really apologise for the inconvenience and are working on resolving the issue. In the meantime, one solution would be to create a Hub account with a different email address.
