Regulate to innovate

Abstract

A report which sets out how regulation provides clear, unambiguous rules, which are necessary if the UK is to embrace AI on terms that will be beneficial for people and society. Regulate to innovate provides evidence for how the UK might develop its approach to AI regulation, which is in line with its ambition for innovation ā€“ as set out in the UK AI Strategy ā€“ as well as recommendations for the Office for AIā€™s forthcoming White Paper on the regulation and governance of AI.
